Cassia Community is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Dassel, Minnesota. You will assist residents in personal care and maintain their independence while working within a supportive team environment. Lakeside Generations, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Join our team where your skills and expertise will be valued! Position Type: Full-Time, or On-Call, working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available: Evenings 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range: $22.60 - $24.96 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: $2 / hour for Evenings

Bonus: Full-Time $5,000

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Must be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
