Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Prairie Estates team in Frisco, TX. The CNA will provide routine resident care under the patient care plan and support residents’ independence while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Active Texas CNA license is required. The facility offers benefits including 401k with match, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid holidays, tuition & CEU reimbursement, and an incentive bonus of $1,500.
