Job summary

The Broadmoor at Creekside Park in Spring, TX is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine resident care according to each patient’s care plan, assisting with daily activities and health monitoring.

You will support residents’ independence while following safety policies, ensure proper lifting and transfers, and promptly report changes in condition to the supervisor. Active TX CNA license required for this full-time role with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license required.

Responsibilities

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.


• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.


• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.


• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
