Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing location in Frisco, TX. The role involves providing routine resident care under the patient’s care plan and supporting independence within safety guidelines.

QualificationsResponsibilities:

• As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
