Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional, personalized care to seniors and assist with daily living activities. You will encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to promote well-being, in a safe and supportive environment.

A high school diploma and CNA certification are required, with experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred. Our team is centered on caring for both residents and staff, in a Great Place To Work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in daily living activities.
• Encourage social interaction and monitor residents' well-being.
• Maintain a safe environment and report changes to the care team.
