ACG Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to patients in our Virginia service area. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and promptly report changes to the care team while supporting families throughout the care journey.

We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork, offering a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional development and advancement within our hospice network.

Qualificações

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
