Alps at Wayne Rehab is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care in Wayne, New Jersey.

We offer Same Day Pay, shift differential, uniforms, and a supportive team environment with growth opportunities. Shifts available 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM, and 11:30 PM–7:30 PM. Apply for Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current NJ CNA certification required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
• Meet health requirements (TB test and physical).
• Compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided according to facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities of CNA:
