Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join us at Bridgepointe Health Campus in Vincennes, IN, providing daily nursing care and services per each resident's care plan. CNAs also offer companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe and report changes, and work with the team to ensure resident comfort and well-being, delivering compassionate support daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active CNA certification required.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
