Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our skilled nursing neighborhood in Upper Southampton Township, PA. The full-time shift runs 7am-3pm, delivering direct, compassionate care to residents under licensed supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA certification, and CPR certification (or obtained within three months). Benefits include health, FSA, life insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers compassionate, high-quality care while prioritizing safety, comfort and dignity.
• Maintains resident safety and supports proactive, personalized care.

Southampton Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Available shift: Full-time, 7am-3pm

Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the Certified Nursing Assistant delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood. Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times. Monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay Range

$17.82 - $22.50 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
