• Nursing Department Bonuses: Perfect attendance bonus—$75 for full-time (up to $1,950/year), $35 for part-time (up to $910/year). Shift differential—$1+ per hour based on location and shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor and respond to residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Document tasks, including shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff and healthcare team.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts, adhering to policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements include a CNA certification as per state regulations. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
