Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care across the Tucson area. You will support clients with ADLs, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal prep, while offering companionship and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience and skill in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Ability to transfer clients and operate a Hoyer lift
• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Deliver personal care as a CNA
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Communicate professionally with clients, family, and staff
• Ensure reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home care to clients in the Tucson area
• Perform ADLs and personal care tasks with compassion
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Remind about medications and coordinate with family as needed
• Provide companionship and social interaction to enhance wellbeing
• Maintain clear communication with clients and office staff

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you must:

• Be experienced and skilled in all Activities of Daily Living
• Be able to transfer tranfer clients, and be comfortable operating a Hoyer lift
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide all type's of personal care needs as a CNA
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish friendly communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, office staff and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Driver's License Required
