Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Town of Clinton, NY area to provide compassionate elder care within our communities. This role offers opportunities for advancement to positions such as Medication Technicians (QMAP), Home Care Aides, and Nurses as part of Brookdale’s growth pathways.

You will work under the Brookdale umbrella, with a strong emphasis on resident well‑being, safety, and quality care, while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
• Experience in elder care is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom, dressing/grooming).
• Complete State CNA/STNA certification and maintain it.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
