Job summary

Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kingston, NY is hiring CNAs for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Full-Time and Part-Time positions include sign-on bonuses of $1,500 (FT 7a-3p), $3,000 (FT 3p-11p), and $1,000 (FT 11p-7a).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and care with the team.
• Assist at meals.
• Follow infection control and center policies.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and BP as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.

Full-Time 7a-3p $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

• Assisting residents with ADLs, and work with the team to ensure appropriate resident care is provided
• Assisting at meals
• Following infection control and center policies
• Measuring and recording heights and weights temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures (TPRs and B/P) as instructed
• Reports all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical
