Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse and support residents with daily living activities in Skowhegan, Maine. You will help with feeding, bathing, mobility, and compassionate care, while monitoring safety, comfort, and dignity.

You must complete a state-approved CNA program and hold current certification, and you must be able to read and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.
