Job summary

Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd and 3rd shifts to provide high-quality daily living assistance and nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.

You will support rehabilitation services, build relationships with residents and families, and document care activities, while collaborating with licensed nursing staff to ensure comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide nursing care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist with rehabilitation services and therapies
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Participate in resident care conferences and care planning
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
