Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Shelby Township, MI location. You will work with fellow caregivers to provide daily nursing care per the resident’s care plan and offer companionship and encouragement to residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and attention to residents' needs, with a focus on maintaining a safe, supportive environment. High school diploma or GED and active CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, mobility, positioning) as per care plan.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
