Brookdale Sevierville is a locally trusted assisted living community seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join the second and third shifts. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and document changes, while enjoying a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or CNA certification holder.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and monitor residents' health.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dining, bathing, grooming and mobility needs.
• Check in with residents, provide care updates to management, and document changes.
• Support activities of daily living and maintain safety and dignity.
• Complete CNA/STNA course requirements and maintain certification.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
