Job summary

Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich, MA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time shifts. Earn $25.25 to $31 per hour with differentials, and weekly pay. Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Responsibilities include meeting resident needs, following care plans, timely assignments, reporting condition changes, accurate documentation, and maintaining a clean, confidential environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts.

$25.25 to $31 an hour, including differentials, depending on the shift. All shifts have differentials. Weekly pay. Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus available!

• Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident
• Maintain clean and orderly resident care areas
• Identify residents correctly and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Must possess an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one
• New graduates welcome!
• Knowledge of restorative nursing and rehabilitation policies and ability to utilize appropriately
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
• Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
• Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
