Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.

  • Assisting residents with or performing activities of daily living (ADL).
  • Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
  • Assisting a licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
  • Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have
  • Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • Current CNA certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
Nice To Have
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment.
  • Nursing assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience.
