Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified night shift (6p-6a) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family in Boerne, TX. Newly certified CNAs are welcome. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time CNAs.

RNs, LVNs, and CNAs meet weekly information session on Wednesdays from 10am-4pm. We offer competitive compensation, a 401k with match, company-paid holidays and PTO, health insurance for the entire family, Scrubs on Wheels, and other voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the Department of Health within four months of hire.
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during the night shift (6pm–6am).
• Maintain safety, dignity and comfort for residents; document accordingly.
