Job summary

Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate resident care within our Lancaster County, PA facility. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, independence, and comfort for residents while adhering to regulations and policies.

This position emphasizes dignity and respect in daily care. We offer a $1,000 new hire bonus, $2,500 extra funds for summer fun, staff meals, higher second shift differential, PTO, paid vacation, dental and health

• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential.
