• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
• Monitoring client well‑being and reporting any changes in condition
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean and safe care environment
• Following individualized care plans and agency standards
• Documenting care activities accurately and professionally
