Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Puyallup, WA for full-time shifts across day, evening and night options. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with activities of daily living, and support an interdisciplinary team to promote patient well-being.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, active license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA program preferred.
• Current CNA license in good standing required.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily nursing care to assigned patients per policy.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting and comfort measures.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs.

Education

Currently registered/licensed in applicable State

One year skilled nursing experience preferred

• Long term care for residents who require ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
