Christian Park Healthcare Center is hosting a CNA hiring event in Escanaba, MI. Join us on Tuesday for interviews from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at 2415 5th Ave South. Wage up to $25.20 per hour with day and night shifts available.

We welcome compassionate individuals ready to make a difference in our guests’ lives. As a CNA, you will work under RN/LPN supervision to provide essential care, take vital signs, assist with daily activities, and support residents’ overall well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patience, empathy and a caring attitude essential.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
• Care for the guests’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe guests’ skin changes and report to the licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs.

Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will care for guests under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse. Some responsibilities include:

• Take and record vital signs
• Measure and record height and weight, intake and output
• Care for the guests’ environment
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assist with eating and hydration
• Observe guests’ skin when administering care and reports changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed
• Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs
