You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, including assistance with ADLs and basic clinical tasks in a warm, supportive environment.

This full-time day position offers a stable schedule with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends, competitive wages, shift differential up to $4/hour, and benefits such as

Qualifications

• Current MO Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other clinical tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns.
