Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg, IN. The role involves providing daily nursing care and personalized support based on each resident’s plan of care, with a focus on companionship and compassionate service.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, turning, positioning, transfers).
• Observe changes in residents' condition; report findings promptly.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and well-being.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
