Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin in Pekin, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing team. You’ll provide dignified resident care, monitor vitals, assist with daily activities, and communicate with the nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing/medical team.

• Support resident independence and well-being through patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate communication with nursing staff regarding resident needs.
• Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and long-term care standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
