Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Paducah, KY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The position offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and requires completion of a state-approved CNA program, high school diploma or equivalent, and active licensure.

CPR may be required or obtained during orientation. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork with multidisciplinary staff, and the ability to make independent decisions in patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the applicable state and in good standing.
• CPR certification by hire or during orientation.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
