National HealthCare Corporation's Osage Beach Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, a competitive pay package, and opportunities to support residents with daily living activities in a 80-bed facility.

You will assist patients with ADLs, document care in the chart, maintain a safe, clean environment, and collaborate with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certificate.
• Must be caring, compassionate, possess a positive attitude, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide personal care and comfort.
• Chart accurately in the Patient Care Record and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Collaborate as part of a compassionate caregiving team to ensure resident well-being.
