Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Opelousas, LA. The role includes full-time duties and PRN shifts, with a focus on compassionate patient care and accurate documentation.

Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of CNA experience and Louisiana certification. Join our team and participate in an ESOP program, along with competitive pay and benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k), and PTO.

Essential Duties

• Provide compassionate patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a CNA
