Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient-centered team in North Charleston, SC. You will assist patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team, while supporting families with empathy and guidance.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities and monitor health conditions.
• Report any changes to the care team promptly and accurately.
