Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily care and support to residents. You will help with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and monitor health, reporting changes to nursing staff; collaborate with the care team in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• NJ CNA certification required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to follow care plans and healthcare protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility support.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Assist with transporting residents to activities or appointments.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility protocols.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver resident-centered care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NJ

• Must meet health requirements, including TB test and physical
• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
