Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in New Wilmington, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide routine daily nursing care and support per resident plans, under supervision of licensed nurses, in a community focused environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and an active CNA certification; shifts are 3:00pm–11:00pm. We offer benefits, sign-on bonus of $2500, and competitive pay with multiple pay frequencies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility!
