Responsibilities:

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility through transferring and repositioning
  • Assist during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and dietary needs
  • Monitor and report changes in physical and emotional well-being
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA certification in Indiana
