Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Sanders Ridge Health Campus in Mount Washington, KY. CNAs will deliver daily nursing care per each resident’s care plan and provide companionship and encouragement to residents.

You will work with the care team to ensure comfort and safety, assist with activities of daily living, and observe residents to report changes promptly. A CNA certification and a high school diploma or GED are required or preferred as noted.

Qualifications

• Active state CNA Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Position Overview

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications
