Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs promptly while balancing other priorities and responsibilities.
• Provide a variety of services and care to residents who are combative or confused.
• Effectively communicate information in a timely, courteous, and caring manner to people in charge, peers, residents, and families as appropriate.
• Recognize significant resident distress or change in condition during care and communicate this information to the appropriate personnel.
