Job summary

Autumnwood of McBain is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in McBain, MI. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, delivering attentive care to residents and supporting daily activities.

The position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time ($3,000) and part-time ($1,500), plus benefits and shift differentials for midnight staff, with a focus on teamwork and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED.
• CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height and weight, intake and output.
• Care for the guests’ environment.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with eating and hydration.
• Observe guests’ skin when administering care and report changes to licensed nurse; provide skin care as needed.
• Meet guests’ mental health and social service needs.
