Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for The Lakes of Monclova in Maumee, OH to provide daily nursing care and services per each resident’s plan of care. CNAs deliver companionship and encouragement, supporting residents with activities of daily living and comfort.

You will work with a caring team to observe changes, report findings, and maintain a safe environment while upholding Trilogy’s commitments to residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
