Seven Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Lynchburg, Virginia to provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff. You will help maintain a compassionate, resident-centered environment and assist with daily living activities.

Requirements include current Virginia CNA certification; CPR is preferred. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Virginia
• CPR certification preferred
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk >4 hours daily
• Able to bend/stoop for >1 hour at a time

Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

$2,000 Sign on bonus paid out quarterly (F/t and P/t only)

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to our residents and patients. In this CNA role, you will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Pay and Compensation:

You will earn aCompetitivehourly ratebetween $18 and $20, with $1.00/hour shift diffs for 3p-11p shift or $0.75/hour for 11p-7a shift.

Additional compensation includes:

• 1.5X Holiday Pay
• 1.5X Overtime Payfor every hour worked over 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from Virgina
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
• Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
