Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center in Little Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and support mobility and safety in a home-like environment.

You will work with licensed nurses to implement individualized care plans, monitor residents, document care, and contribute to a resident-centered, inclusive team focused on comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

About the Role:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with mobility and transferring residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with vital signs, toileting, and incontinence care
• Reporting changes or concerns to licensed nurses
