Embassy of Lebanon is seeking full-time Nursing Assistants who are passionate about resident care and making a difference. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will treat and document care for residents with impaired independence.

Education requires a STNA/CNA certification and state license. Must read, write and speak English; demonstrate independent decision making, good communication, teamwork, patience, and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a STNA/CNA certification recognized by the state.
• Licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new nursing practices.

The primary purpose of your job position is to treat and document care for residents with impaired ability to perform at an independent level due to disease process, under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Education

• Must possess, a certificate for Certified Nursing Assistant.
  (STATE TESTED/CERTIFIED-Must have STNA)

Experience

• Must be a licensed CNA, in accordance with laws of this state.

Specific Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.
