Alpine Valley Post Acute is seeking CNAs to join our team. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents under licensed staff oversight, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with competitive benefits and daily pay. A current CNA license and BLS/CPR are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in our fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
