Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at Wellbrooke of Kokomo in Kokomo, IN. CNAs provide daily nursing care, assist residents with activities of daily living, and offer companionship according to each resident’s plan of care.
Major duties include hygiene help, mobility assistance, observing changes, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Required: CNA certification, high school diploma or GED, and 0–1 year of experience preferred.
