Lancashire Post Acute is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a compassionate care team in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. Daily Pay available, with shift options from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, and 11:00pm to 7:00am.

Earn $20–$24/hour with full-time and part-time opportunities, under Marquis Health Consulting Services. Qualifications include an active CNA license in the state, BLS/CPR certification, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
