Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for Sunrise Manor. The role focuses on daily personal care, assisting residents with mobility, and monitoring health indicators in a 137-bed facility.

Shift is full time, evening hours (2pm–10pm) with weekend rotation. Compensation is up to USD $25.00/hr, plus benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Certification from state.
• Current/active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices.
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
