Job summary

CareBuilders at Home – Marietta GA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our in-home team in Kennesaw, GA. Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include compassionate care, assisting with daily activities, mobility support, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. State GA CNA certification required; background check and driver’s license may be required. Training and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must be State of GA certified CNA with an active registration.
• Previous experience as a caregiver strongly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow daily care plans and their detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Candidates should be open to different shift lengths and weekly schedules. Some shorter assignments may pay at a higher hourly rate, while longer shifts may offer steadier hours. Dependability and flexibility help ensure proper client coverage and successful placement.
