Responsibilities

At River Ridge, you'll have the opportunity to work in a specialized brain injury program supporting individuals on both short-term recovery and long-term journeys. This is a setting where care goes beyond routine tasks - offering the chance to build meaningful connections, support independence, and be part of each resident's progress in a truly impactful way.

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also ensure that our patients/residents and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual patients'/residents' needs and rights.

Base Pay starts at $23-$26.50. We also offer shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $6.50/hour depending on the shift.
