Brookdale is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized care for residents in a community setting. You will perform vital checks, assist with dining, grooming and daily activities, and communicate resident status at each shift start and end.

Certification must be maintained and active state CNA/STNA credentials are required. Brookdale offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant‑STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
