Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. The CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to Life Care standards.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, active license, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed.
• Deliver direct care to patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
• Join interdisciplinary team and help ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and staff.
