Job summary

Silver Memories Health Care in Versailles, IN is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our multidisciplinary team and provide essential care to residents in a supportive, resident-focused environment.

Starting pay is $18.60 per hour with shift differentials based on experience. PRN shifts are available. Candidates must have a State-approved CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality, respectful care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Active CNA certification from a State-approved program required.
• Documentation of certification is required at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in accordance with Resident Care Policies, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Assist residents with daily living activities per Care Plan (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Provide specialized care for residents with therapeutic and medical needs as applicable.
• Support residents in getting out of bed and maintaining activity levels per Care Plan.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary care team under the Charge Nurse direction.
• Interact positively and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and follow Care Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Deliver care in accordance with Resident Care Policies, ensuring residents' safety and well-being.
• - Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene per their Care Plan.
• - Provide specialized care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs as applicable.
• - Support residents in getting out of bed and maintaining activity levels per Care Plan instructions.
• - Actively participate as part of the inter-disciplinary care team under the direction of the Charge Nurse.
• - Interact positively and respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
• - Maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform additional duties as outlined in Care Plans.
